Skyline Chili isn’t just a vendor for Cincinnati’s signature dish—it’s also an institution for many who’ve grown up in the tri-state area. So to honor the generations of Cincinnatians passing through Skyline’s doors, the restaurant chain will offer a free Skyline onesie to every baby born on National Chili Day—plus a complimentary dinner for mom.

Since 2012, Skyline has celebrated the births of more than 1,000 Cincinnati babies, showering them with Skyline swag. To be eligible, the infant must be born in any of the major hospitals in the Greater Cincinnati area, from Kettering to Edgewood.

Chili-lovers not born on National Chili Day can still win Skyline prizes and promotions—they just have to visit the chain’s Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter pages to enter. Gift cards and exclusive Skyline merch are up for grabs.

Speaking of merch, brand new apparel will launch on Skyline’s website to celebrate National Chili Day, including that onesie (for wee ones who missed the National Chili Day memo). HOMAGE, which recently partnered with the chili chain, will also drop a new Skyline T-shirt.

So raise a Cheese Coney to all the Cincinnatians born on this momentous National Chili Day. Welcome to the family!
